Site Manager Engineer
Any design & build project, no matter how innovative and creative it may be, needs a great team of people to make it happen. Whether working with subcontractors or internal resources, coordination is key to ensuring things happen when and how they should. I joined the Morphoza team in 2019, and my first site management project in this team was for the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj - a space of almost 10,000 square meters that today is an example of the office of the future.
Many other projects followed in numerous cities across the country, and I have always enjoyed being there from the first measurements to the last and smallest detail before handover. And, many times, even after. In the end, the satisfaction in the clients' eyes when they enter their new spaces is the most rewarding part of this job.
