Job specifications:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in one of the following fields: interior design projects, office spaces, commercial spaces, furniture industry, or service sales.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with a focus on achieving results and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in client interaction and service sales.
  • Demonstrated skills in analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in an agile team environment.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
  • Conversational English skills.
  • We value socializing and working from the office, so candidates must be based in the city where the company operates.
Key Account Executive

Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain

business relationships based on mutual trust with potential clients.

Coordinate the internal team

responsible for project implementation.

Advise, negotiate, and present

creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs in a differentiated manner.

Advise end users on services, solutions, and product selection

to achieve design and cost objectives.

Collaborate with architects and project managers

to deliver solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements.

Work with other business units within the group

to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

Lead negotiations

and coordinate complex decision-making processes with clients.

Provide sales reports

and forecasts to management.

Enter data into the ERP system

to ensure the database is constantly up-to-date.
