Space Layout
Morphoza took on the Kunden Broker project from the construction phase of the building. The space, with a total area of 1.000 sqm, includes a ground floor (reception area) and two floors (open-space offices, conference rooms, individual offices, kitchenette, and relaxation areas). The layout involved interior design, fit-out works (walls, floors, partitions), and complete furnishing.
For Kunden Broker, we conceived a design inspired by their core values—professionalism, solution-oriented approach, and consistency—combined with careful attention to details, finishes, and decor. The goal was to create a warm and inviting environment that conveys a sense of “home” to everyone who enters the office.
The reception is a focal point, with carefully chosen materials, shapes, and textures. Wooden elements add warmth, while the accent wall of marble and the tropical-themed graphic on the background wall, along with perimeter lighting, create an elegant and sophisticated space. The seating area offers comfort with its seating options and a design that combines linear and circular light fixtures.
Upstairs, each space tells a story. In the conference rooms and individual offices, we opted for a modern and refined design, with furniture that harmoniously blends functionality with aesthetics. The offices feature integrated cable management systems to maintain a clean look, the chairs are mobile and ergonomic, and the selected color palette gives each space a unique character.
Glass partitions emphasize transparency, while the hand-painted murals in each room reflect the company’s values and ethos, adding a touch of color and originality to each space.
In the open-space areas, we integrated custom lockers with built-in plants, which, in addition to their aesthetic and functional roles, effectively contribute to the separation of spaces. In the kitchenette, the space was optimized by installing high tables along the wall and windows, maximizing natural light and providing all necessary amenities in a compact area.
Today, the new Kunden Broker office is a vibrant and dynamic space, built around its core values and dedicated to the people who use it daily. It is a unique place that reflects the company’s story and identity.
